We are looking for a telemarketer for a leading technical solutions provider. Offering solutions from e commerce account management service, IT support to web & app development and even online marketing and web design, with a well-established and growing client base, this organisation is on the crest of major expansion.
We are seeking a talented telemarketer with the ability to win new business and a hard-working approach to hitting targets and advancing in your career. The hours for this role will be flexible with a minimum requirement of 35 hours a week between 10 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday, Work from home, this will be a permanent salaried role with holiday and employee benefits entitlement. The monthly salary is 12-15k, plus incentive, depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Speak to customers, either phone or over the email
- Gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them
- carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions
- Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
Required skills and qualifications
- 12th grade or higher education
- 06-18 months of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Decision making and excellent negotiation skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieve
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Excel, Word, Power Point etc
- Additional language proficiency in Hindi and English
- Experience within IT services and IT skills would be beneficial, but not essential
